Following the completion of the new Fortescue Skinners Bridge works
Devon County Council's contractor has replaced the hessian sheeting with pre-seeded erosion control matting, and the stone dust material on the track has been replaced with compacted larger grade material and the grass seeding is likely to happen mid-April when the weather has warmed up and a bit more stable.
